Sony and Yamaha will introduce an unmanned aerial vehicle with augmented reality system August 26, 2019 | 02:57 / Interesting information

Sony and Yamaha are developing Sociable Cart unmanned electric vehicle (SC-1) with integrated augmented reality technology. This is stated in the message of the companies.

The drone will be used not for driving on public roads, but for excursions in theme parks and specialized areas. An unmanned minivan can accommodate up to five passengers, and its maximum speed will be 19 km / h.

The car will be equipped with a 49-inch 4K monitor with the ability to simulate windows with elements of augmented reality. Outside the electric car, engineers will install four more 55-inch 4K monitors with built-in artificial intelligence. The technology will show commercials to passers-by, focusing on their age, gender and status.

The first Sociable Cart will appear in Japan in March 2020. Other development details, including the cost of the electric car, have not yet been disclosed.
