Head of the department of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, correspondent member of ANAS, doctor of technical sciences Ramiz Aliguliyev was awarded a review certificate by the editorial board of the  "Swarm and Evolutionary Computation" and "Information Processing & Management" journals for his scientific expertise.

Both journals published in the Elsevier publishing house are high impact factor journals included in the Web of Science scientific base. The Impact Factor of Swarm and Evolutionary Computation is  3.818 and 5-year Impact Factor is 4.607.  The Impact Factor of "Information Processing & Management" is 3.444, 5-year Impact Factor is 2.641.
