Russia has developed a system for monitoring dangerous information, which is able to track the potentially deviant behavior of children and adolescents in social networks.

The new monitoring system, which was called the "George the Victorious", was created by the Russian company "Сеуслаб". According to the developers, the creation of such a system was thought against the background of the cases of teenage aggression in educational institutions that became more frequent in recent years. “In recent years, the struggle against the new challenges of the digital world has become particularly relevant. I’m talking about socially dangerous subcultures and phenomena that have spread to the social media of the country: school shooting, suicidal games, occult movements and other destructions,” the "George the Victorious" project leader said Evgeny Ashikhmin.

To combat these phenomena of the information environment, the company has developed a monitoring system "George the Victorious". According to the developers, with its help, it will be possible to make the lives of children safer. It is already known that the ''George the Victorious" will have artificial intelligence, and in its development, they use methods of machine learning. The system will be able to simultaneously set up and monitor several topics at once, such as extremism, columbine, terrorism, and calls for suicide.

Specialists from different regions of the country and experts from a variety of areas of knowledge, including psychology and psychiatry, participated in the work on the monitoring system. The program is intuitive and easy to use. Visually, the new system resembles a news feed, as in social networks, only instead of news, it shows the potentially dangerous content selected on these social networks. Then the system sends a signal to the user about the destructive information, generates a report for a certain period and sends it to the psychologist - for further processing and making decisions about its danger or safety. The system does not have access to the closed pages of social networks and monitors only public information.

The release of the system "George the Victorious" "Сеуслаб" plans in the spring of 2019.
