On October 26-30, within the framework of the International Week of Innovations to be held in Azerbaijan, “Baku Open Cyber Cup” tournament with the support of the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies, with the partnership of Heydar Aliyev Center and Microsoft Azerbaijan will be held the Azerbaijan CyberSport Federation . In addition to the FIFA 19 and Mortal Kombat games on the Xbox platform, the Robotics Football Tournament will be organized by the Azerbaijan Robotics Engineering Academy.

According to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, teams of selected schools will participate in the tournament with their robots.

Note that robots should not exceed defined weight and size limits. At the same time, robots should only be prepared using "lego" pieces.

Participants will participate in the competition as a team. According to the rules, the number of participants in the team must be 2 or 3 people.Each team can compete with two autonomous robots. Robots must follow the "World Robot Olympiad" standards by passing the infrared rays at the table to the opposing team's door. 

Games consist of two parts each with 5 minutes each.Only the final game can be 10 minutes. Teams should first call the group stage to pass to the final stage. Each win in the group is evaluated by 3 points, equal to 1, and defeat by 0 points.
