Head of the Training Innovation Center, Rasmiya Mahmudova presented the report.

She  noted research on the development of methods for measuring and evaluating the information culture of individuals was  finalized and thesis was  defended.

R.Mahmudova also gave information about the integration of intellectual game technologies into the teaching of informatics and scientific studies in the field of gesture informatics. According to the head of the Center, several articles were published and an overview was  prepared.

Theses on the role of intellectual games in upgrading education, in improvement the quality of human capital, ways to solve some problems by using educational games were  prepared and reported at scientific-practical conferences.

R.Makhmudova informed about the scientific and innovative activity of the Center and highlighted the work carried out on the subject of "Informatics" and the adoption of exams, distance lessons and examinations for informatics for PhD students living in the regions.

She also gave detailed information on scientific-pedagogical and scientific-organizational activities, preparation of various publications, promotion of scientific-practical results in mass media, as well as on the work done on development of international scientific cooperation.

Discussions were held around the report, a number of proposals and recommendations were put forward.
