"Developing joint risk assessment method for Dynamic Clouds Federation" was discussed at the Scientific Seminar of the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS. 

Research fellow of the Institute, PhD in technical sciences Fargana Abdullayeva informed about the notion of Federation. The origin of the word comes from the era of ancient Rome, which means "tribe united under the contract" or "union". Federation of States, cloud federation, Identity Federation and etc are the other concentrations of the term.

Note that the basic principles of cloud technologies include federation, autonomy, isolation, flexibility, business independence, and etc. The existing problems of Identity Federation include Information security, information privacy, and interoperability. 

The reporter informed about the method of analytic hierarchies, mamdani type fuzzy logic algorithm and experimental study of the proposed method, as well. Simulink model for risk assessment of clouds was presented to the workshop participants. 

Participants exchanged views on the topic; suggestions and recommendations were put forward.
