Action plan of Department No.10 of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS for 2018 was discussed. Ph.D., Associate Professor Firudin Agayev  spoke about the scientific-research work on studying the scientific-theoretical problems of the information society and the development of effective methods in the department headed by him.

E-learning systems in foreign countries will be studied in the field of e-learning and development of its methodological basis, and comparative analysis will be conducted in this area. She also noted that the comparisons would provide educational institutions with an optimal LMS system, F.Agayev underlined.

Speaking about the application of adaptive technologies in the e-learning environment, the reporter said that this year to study the adaptation of teaching materials transfer sequence and adaptive technologies that determine the complexity of solved issues will be on the to-do list. She also said that methods and algorithms would be explored to get access to learning materials using Adaptive Technologies.

F.Agayev also talked about scientific-pedagogical and scientific-organizational activities of the department, participation in scientific-technical conferences, publication of articles in well-known scientific journals, preparation of books and booklets of different purposes, and scientific-practical results in mass media.

At the end, a detailed exchange of views on the subject was made, recommendations and recommendations were sounded.
