An article entitled  “Forecasting Cloudlet Development on Mobile Computing Clouds”co-authored by Deputy Director on Technologies of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, PhD, Associate Professor Rashid Alakbarov and sector chief Ogtay Alakbarov was published in  “International Journal of Information Technology and Computer Science” (IJITCS).

The article examines the dynamics of mobile cloud technologies development, its advantages and problems that have emerged during its use. At the same time, the use of this technology to explore the demand for computing and memory resources for mobile equipment has been studied.

Also, the factors requiring the creation of cloudlets (small clouds) in mobile computing clouds were investigated and the prediction of the time of placement of cloudlets near the base stations was solved.
