Spanish scientists have developed a "smart" toy in the form of a doll that can recognize the emotional mood of a child playing with her and react accordingly. Inside the children's toys are not children's technologies, in particular, algorithms that are close to artificial intelligence.

Created by the staff of the University of Castile-La Mancha, the children's doll only at first glance resembles the ordinary - in fact it is a high-tech device with a lot of sensors and complex software stuffing.

The doll accumulates information about the emotions of the child playing with it and, as a result, helps children to increase the degree of adaptation to the society.

Nothing, by the way, does not prevent the doll from interacting with older people. Unique algorithms that provide advanced functionality of the device, can even anticipate the mood of the player playing with the doll.

Experts say that projects like this certainly have the highest potential, but they contain some threats, for example, provoked by hackers. The data accumulated by the toy can be used to the detriment of falling into the hands of cyberthroats.
