The next scientific seminar of department No. 2 dedicated to discussion of the curriculum for "machine learning methods” course was held at the Institute of Information Technology.

Head of the department, PhD, associate professor Yadigar imamverdiyev gave detailed information about the content of the curriculum designed for employees of the department. Educational programs, books and Web resources of the world's leading universities in this direction were analyzed, certificates were obtained  for participation in online courses and curriculum was synthesized on the basis of best practice, he noted.

Then, information about topics included in the program was given. the main concepts of machine learning,  computer science, intellectual analysis of Data Mining and the interaction with the data science were brought attention, examples regarding applications in the field of information security were shown.

In the end, there was an exchange of views on the subject, many questions were answered.
