The leader of the index was usually Java, which took the top spot with a 16.3% popularity rating. The second place was taken by C, whose indicator during this year fell significantly (in March 2016 it was 14.5%, and now - 6.86%). In third place was C ++ with 5.1%, which will soon be on the second line. Close the top five of Python and Vusial Basic.NET, which bypassed PHP.

The young language Apple Swift was in the rating on the tenth line with a result of 2.27%. On the one hand, over the past year he has risen only four positions, on the other, all the other languages ​​in the first ten have been more than 20 years old.
