Deposit bank has launched a service that analyzes the behavior of users of online banking and giving them recommendations based on artificial intelligence technology. This writes RBC with reference to the representative of the largest Russian credit organizations.

Service called "My assistant" can predict the behavior of "Deposit bank Online" system users and provide them in connection with the relevant information. The service collects and analyzes non-personal user data (spending, savings, profile data), forms them into mathematical models and draws conclusions based on them.
For example, if the user has suddenly become a lot of time in children's stores, "My assistant," suggest that the client is preparing for the appearance of a child in the family. In this case, the service will provide a list of documents for the registration of a newborn and addresses of relevant government agencies.

Sberbank expects to make a new project through the sale of banking products through an assistant, as well as by increasing the turnover and balances on the cards.
