On 26 January 2017, presentation ceremony of "Awit 2017" - "The Women in IT" award  in the International Mugam Centre was held. The award was introduced to women distinguished with professional activities in the field of information and communication technologies. In the ceremony organized by "Femmes Digitales" organizing various educational activities in the promotion of ICT head of department of Institute of Information Technology, Sc.D., Masuma Mammadova  was awarded with nomination "Awit 2017 "prize on "Jury Selection" special nomination.
