Colleagues of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS attended to the conference.

On December 15, III National scientific conference on subject  "Application problems of Mathematics and new information technologies’’  dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the restoration of state independence of Azerbaijan was held at the Sumgait State University. The Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic, Baku State University and the Institute of Information Technology organized the conference. 

This event will contribute to the development of national education along with improving knowledge in this area, vice-rector on Science and Innovation, Prof. Ramazan Mamedov notified.

Then, head of the department,  PhD, associate professor Alovsat Aliyev deliverd a report on "ICT's role in the formation of  the Green economy: problems and prospects" with academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the  Institute of Information Technology, academician Rasim Alguliev.

Head of Mathematical methods of  Management theory of the of the Baku State University, Professor Mammed Yagubov delivered a report on subject " development history of  Optimal management  theory and current problems".

As a result of "all-union conference on optimal management and its applications" conference held in 1972, optimal management school was established at the republic, he informed.

Then, "Increase effectiveness of ICT's utilization in management of disaster risk reduction " of Alovsat Aliyev, "e-science and its network platform AzScienceNet" of Tahmasib Fataliyev, "Development of indicators system on comparative assessment of scientific-innovative technoparks’’ of Roza Shahverdiyeva and Vusala Abbasova, "Standards used in software engineering’’  of Tamilla Bayramov and Konul Aliyeva were heard at the conference.

PhD, associate professor Yadigar Imamverdiyev and PhD Lyudmila Suxostat delivered a report on  "Security issues of cyber-physical systems", Kamala Gashimova delivered a report on "calculation of the efficiency Internet advertising marketing data", PhD, associate professor Makrufa Hajirahimova and Marzieh Ismailova delivered a report on "Scientific-theoretical  problems of Big data visualization''.
