On 16 December, in 2016, doctoral exam on "System analysis, control and information processing" specialty  was held at the Institute of Information Technology. 2 people  exam - candidate for a degree of Baku State University Ramin Samadov  and candidate for a degree of Sumqayit State University, Shalala Jafarova attended to the exam.

Note that, commission was established according to No. 626 order dated 10 November 2016 of the president of ANAS on ''Conduction of the winter session" to take exam on "System analysis, control and information processing"  speciality at the Institute of Information Technology.

Chairman of the Commission is the director of institute, academician  Rasim Alguliyev, members are DSc Ramiz Aliguliyev, PhDs Rashid Alakbarov and Farhad Yusifov and scientific secretary of the institute Madina Saidova.
