A scientific seminar of No. 16 department dedicated to scientific- theoretical problems for evaluation of interstate integration processes was held at the Institute of Information Technology.

Head of department Gulnara Nabibayova delivered a report.  In the modern era economic, political and social integration are conducting between countries. Researches in investigation of interstate integration processes in e-government environment in the context of globalization, detection of integration indicators, determining the degree of integration of countries in e-government  were enchanced, she said.

Speaking about the purpose of the interstate integration, reporter said that, as a result of ensuring effectiveness of regional and international cooperation, search and enhancement of methods are the main objective of integration among countries, she noted.

Gulnara  Nabibayova informed about various indicators that are used in the research of integration processes. A number of methods and approach were applied in this area, she stressed. According to proposed approach, developed systems for determining integration processes and integration degree use methods and calculations based on in  assessment of import and export transactions, turnover, foreign investments and other economic indicators.

She also informed about the volume of information exchanged between top-level domains of countries for integration, international meetings of colleagues of  public bodies, international agreements. Application of systems supporting decision making for investigation of integration processes between the countries (using OLAP and data warehouse ) is very necessary, she stressed.
