This termis used for the first time in 1956 by American scientist Werner Buxols when planning the IBM 7030 Stretch supercomputer. Scientist who participated in the creation of the transistor supercomputers in 1990, was awarded by "IEEE Computer Pioneer Award" (founded in 1981).
