Seminar of Department No13 of Institute of Information Technology, devoted to the topic “Approach for detecting hidden social networks in e-government environment” was held.

Junior research fellow of the Institute -Gunay Niftaliyeva, who presented the report of the rapid development of the Internet and web of social networks at the same time announced that a further impetus to the wide dissemination. He noted that social networks are very important in governing the state. Now the society is shaped by information technology and e-government services to make the transition from classical public services. Several studies related to e-government services, e-state, individuals and legal entities and a network study relationships between organizations and government departments.

According to her, one of the important tasks is to prevent the spread of anti-government propaganda in e-government environment, to improve management and detection of the hidden social networks.

Approach is being offered is conceptual and for its implementation complex issues must be solved. First of all, there is the possibility of writing in different languages. There is a need to develop technologies for the analysis of texts for multilingual environments. On the other hand, this approach is synthesized with the use of just an information source in social networking. But studies have shown that social networks are synthesized in this way do not reflect the real situation. Therefore, there is a need for additional sources of information. In the determination of the degree of reliability of the information received from various sources is a problem, the speaker said.
