Research fellow of the Institute of Information Technology Gunel Aslanova  presented a report on subject  “Diagnostics of disease and security of biometric technologies are investigated based on  images of a man's palm prints” .Biometrics  is used  for identification based on human’s  biological features ,she said. Because of this  man's face, head, finger prints and others are used.

According to reporter, person's palm prints can be used to determine the identification of individuals, race-ethnicity of humans and others. During Chromosomal pathologies such as down, klinefelter, patau, turner, loss and replacement of the lines occurs on the surface of the palm. Thus, the initial diagnosis of the disease is possible.

Gunel  Aslanova informed about  key parameters  such as uniqueness, universality, sustainability, compactness and efficiency for the security of biometric  systems. These systems reduce the costs and risks regarding inaccurate payment o programs in medical institutions. Abatement  of medical errors  because of unadjusted  and incomplete  records safety of patient .

In the end, there was an exchange of views on the subject, many questions were answered.
