"Atlas", the first supercomputer was developed and installed at the University of Manchester, UK in the 60s of previous century.
The failure of this supercomputer could lead to a reduction of 50 percent of computational efficiency of the country. At present, "Atlas" is weaker than an ordinary laptop.
