A report made on ICT updates

Head of department Shakir Mehtiev spoke about ICT innovations at the seminar of the Institute. He reported on the new technological products, such as "Google Glass", and described as a modern device which contains all of the updates having experienced of the device himself. Equipped with a voice recognition system "Google Glass", which is a kind of hidden camera, has a negative impact on the human brain, he stressed. new glasses developed on the basis of this device within "ARC4" project are used in the US Army, he said: "The commander can transmit any information to the soldiers through the glasses, that provides the soldiers with the vision of the battlefield."

Later, he talked about MEMEX software, which enhances public safety by improving intelligence processes that prevent and deter crime, terrorism and other threats.
