Singapore hosted the 52nd Meeting of "ICANN"

Singapore hosted the 52nd Meeting of "Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers" (ICANN). The event was attended by more than 1200 delegates from 100 countries all over the world.

"ICANN" CEO Steve Crocker,  Singapore's Minister of Communications Yaacob bin Ibrahim, and former Senior Advisor to President Bill Clinton, Ira Magaziner, "ICANN" President Fadi Chehadé spoke to the success of the multistakeholder model of Internet governance during the Opening Ceremony of the event.
