Babak Nabiyev addresses current cybercrime threats and prevention strategies on "Baku Time" – VIDEO

The Head of the AzScienceNet Network Opeartion Center at the Institute of Information Technology of the Ministry of Science and Education, Babak Nabiyev, was a guest on the “Baku Time” program on the TV1 website.

During the program, B. Nabiyev addressed questions regarding the measures being implemented in the country to combat the growing number of cybercrime incidents in an era marked by the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies.

He noted that cybercrimes involving the spread of fake news and the theft of citizens’ personal data are on the rise. He also discussed the underlying causes of these threats, methods for reducing phishing attacks, and practical ways to protect against them.
