Institute employee awarded a reviewer certificate of a prestigious journal

The chief engineer of department No. 9 of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, doctor of philosophy on technology, associate professor Shafagat Mahmudova was awarded the certificate of reviewer of the editorial board of the journal “Journal of Big Data”, indexed by the world-famous database as “Scopus” for scientific and expert activities.

The Journal of Big Data, published in SpringerOpen in 2015, publishes high-quality research documents, methodologies, and articles covering a wide range of resources that require resources from big data analysis to computational research. 

The main topics and categories of the journal are tools and methods for data analysis, visualization, big data technologies, machine algorithms for them, cloud computing platforms, distributed file systems and databases, as well as advanced storage systems and much more.
