13th IEEE International Conference on the Application of Information and Communication Technologies continues

The 13th IEEE International Conference on the Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT 2019) continues its work at the departmental meetings at ADA University.

Co-authored by Vice-president of ANAS, director of the Institute of Information Technologies, academician Rasim Alguliyev, head of the department, correspondent member of ANAS, doctor of technical sciences Ramiz Aliguliyev and, a report on  “Consensus clustering by weight optimization of input partitions” was heard.

The report was presented by  Lyudmila Sukhostat senior researcher of Institute.

Later report was discussed and questions were answered.
