Baku Telephone Communications LLC

Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA) started its activities in 1997 on the basis of normative documents of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MCIT), the existing legislation on communications and enterprises of Azerbaijan, including the Charter # 1849, registered on March 10, 1997 by the Ministry of Justice.

The first state Internet network Bakinternet was created under BTCPA on May 10, 2001. 

Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA) was restructured and renamed to Baku Telephone Communications LLC, on July 19, 2017.

Currently, BTC LLC network have been provided with ATEs of modern technology NGN. BTC LLC provides trouble-free, top-quality services of all kinds for public, governmental and administrative bodies, as well as agencies, businesses and organizations, foreign legal entities, their representatives and the population, including telephone services, video telephony, Internet, DATA, NGN services , IP-TV, high-quality multimedia, CDMA and services radio amplification.
