Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the measures taken to establish an Electronic Register of the services are carried out by public authorities

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to collect and systematize the information about the services carried out by state agencies in a single source, to prevent reiteration, and to develop new services and forecasting opportunities, I hereby resolve as follows: 

1. To establish Electronic Register of services carried out by the state agencies (hereinafter - Electronic Registry).
2. State Agency for Social Innovation and Public Service under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

2.1. Shall provide organization and operation of the electronic registry specified in Part 1 of this Decree;

2.2. Shall inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan about the implementations in connection with the electronic register once a year.
