Head of the department of the institute is awarded the Honor Certificate

The head of the department of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, Ph.D., associate professor Bikas Agayev was awarded Honor Certificate of the Institute.

Academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the institute, academician Rasim Alguliyev congratulated B.Agayev on behalf of colleagues and wished successes in his future career.

In 1973 he graduated from “Automation and Telemechanics” faculty of Polytechnic University named after C.Ildirim. He worked as a technician, engineer, sector manager, project chief engineer. Since 1995 he has been working at the institute as a head of department.

In 2011, he defended his thesis on "Development of Methods and Algorithms for the Synthesis of Distributed Processing of Audio information" on the specialty 05.13.01 - "System Analysis, Management and Information Processing" and received the name of the Ph.D. in engineering., engineer, sector manager, chief engineer of the project. 

For the first time in our Republic with his leadership, Organic luminophores and adsorber coding properties were investigated and technology for the production of luminophoric coatings with special optical conductivity based on the results obtained was developed. Principles of architectural-schematic construction of token identification systems were developed and implemented.

In 2015 he was awarded  Honorary Decree of the Department of Physics, Mathematics and Technical Sciences of ANAS for his long-term scientific and scientific-organizational activity.
