Employees of the Institute participated in Bakutel exhibition

The 23rd International Telecommunication and Information Technologies Exhibition BakuTel-2017 has started its work on 5 December. The exhibition is organized by Caspian Event Organizers (CEO), supported by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Traditionally, the event, held over 20 years, is of great importance in demonstrating important achievements in various fields of ICT in our country, familiarizing with new technologies and solutions, expanding mutually beneficial cooperation and exchange of experiences with foreign countries and companies.

The exhibition, featuring 192 companies representing 20 countries, includes leading ICT companies, mobile operators, communications operators, Internet providers, system integrators and distributors of well-known brands.

Employees of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS also participated in the event and got detailed information on new generation of IT solutions, national broadband Internet, 4G-5G mobile technologies, banking technology, optical fiber technology and cloud technologies. Employees of the Institute have been closely acquainted with the "Electronic Government" and "Electronic Signature" infrastructure, Data Center's cloud-based technology projects and latest achievements, as well as a number of startup projects.

It should be noted that the 4-day program of the exhibition consists of various events and conferences. Within the framework of the business program, a high-level meeting on the "Trans-Eurasian Information Super Highway" project, the 2 nd Meeting of the Ministers of Information and Communication Technologies of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), V Regional Internet Governance Forum and the E-Government, E-Participation and Development of the National Capacity on the Open Government "," EU4 Digital: ICT Innovation Network "," Acceleration of the application of the Asia-Pacific Information Highway and Trans-Eurasian Information Superhighway Initiative".
