The company Catalia Health has released a robot Mabu, which monitors the health of its owner. During the time Mabu collects information about the patient and develops an individual approach to it.
Every day the robot asks the owner about the state of health and asks to answer a number of questions that will help to identify the problems in the body, futurist.ru reports. Mabu reminds about the taking of pills and gives the patient advice based on his data on his state of health. Mabu transmits all the information accumulated during the day to the treating physician of the host.
The robot looks very humanoid (but not enough to create the effect of an ominous valley). To communicate with him became even more comfortable, the creators provided motion sensors, thanks to which Mabu can establish eye contact with the interlocutor.
The startup on the creation of the robot was launched in 2015, but now the creators are finally offering their customers a trial version of Mabu.
