Problems of E-medicine formation researched

An annual report of No.15 department was delivered  at the Institute of Information Technology. Head of department, DSc, professor Masuma Mammadova delivered  a report.

In the current year, problems of E-medicine formation in the aspect artificial of intelligence and socio information technology have been researched, she noticed. Scientific-methodological bases in intellectual support decision-making of the management of human resources, as well as, methods and algorithms for formation of individual medical  data infrastructure  were developed.

Scientific research on the intellectual management of supply and demand to IT-specialists in the labor market was completed, she noted.

Architecture of intellectual management system of e-university on development of models and methods  for the concept e-university activity was developed.

In the organization of First republican scientific-practical conference on "Multidisciplinary problems of E-Health" organized by the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Health, with the support of the Azerbaijan Medical University and the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, in examination of 76 reports, collegues of the department took an active part.

Reviews were given to 52 articles, official opponent and resenzent reviews were patched up to  4 thesis by the collegues of the department, she noticed.

8 articles were published in well-known scientific journals, 20 reports were delivered at 3 international and 3 republic prestigious conferences, M.Mammadova stressed.

In the end, there was an exchange of views on the subject, many questions were answered.
