New appointments to the management of the Institute of Information Technology

Deputy Director of the Institute of Information Technology Mahmud Valibayov was dismissed from his post at his own request, he was appointed assistant director of the institute. Head of department Shakir Mehdiyev was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Institute.
