Article of institute’s colleagues was published in the prestigious journal

Article named “Method of Dynamic Data Distribution in Virtual Memory Resources in Cloud Technologies” of the technical director of the Institute of Information Technology, PhD  Rashid Alakbarov and senior research fellow of the institute  Oktay Alakbarov was published in the “International Journal of Computer Engineering and Information Technology” (IJCEIT) journal. (Volume 8, Number 10, October 2016)

In the article, dynamical  distribution of information between the memory resources in Data mining centers was reviewed. Method of dynamic distribution of files between different characteristics memory devices was proposed for determining apply frequency to users’ files. Changes in the frequency of apply to files depending on time were set in the sum of linear and trigonometric functions. Methods of minimization of quadratic difference for determining model coefficients and dividing discrete time series to Fourier row  were used.

An article was published with the support  Science Development Foundation under the president of Azerbaijan Republic grant project.
