Development of information systems for the Scientific Research Coordination Council is intended

Formation and development of information provision of science based on modern technologies, organization and management  of scientific activities with the help of scientometric technologies, provision of  information support to management decision-making   are  the main issues of e-science. development of “Scientific challenges registry”and “Registry of dissertation topics” information systems for the Scientific Research Coordination Council  are intended. 

Deputy Director on technical sciences of the Institute of Information Technology Rashid Alakbarov informed about this  at the meeting of  Scientific Board. 16 scientific council are operating attached to the Scientific Research Coordination Council of Republic, he stated.

Data entry forms  for  the establishment of information systems  are prepared and  speech documents  are determined  for reports,he  noted.

Speaking about  conceptual  issues  of  information systems  establishment and architectural principles, Rashid Alakbarov stated that ,database  will be located at Data Processing Center of  AzScienceNet computer network  and  will be operated in online mode.

In the end, there was an exchange of views on the subject, many questions were answered.
