A report on the standards applicated in Software engineering was listened

 A next  seminar was held  at No. 9 department  of Institute of Information Technology.Senior fellow  of the institute Tamilla Bayramova  introduced a report  on “Standarts  used  in software engineering ".Complexity and rapid growth   of modern software  complexes   increased   the demands  of customers  and users in its quality and safety ,she said.

In the past few years  international  standarts  regulating processes and  products of    software tools and database was established.Provision the quality  of  these standarts’  software tools  are the basis of this system,T.Bayramova   stated.

Standarts for the basis of  software engineering standarts, estabileshment ofsoftware systems , program management and evaluation of properties of software  systems and processes, description of software systems and processes and so on  are existing,she also  stated.

Stating that "The main issue  of software(program) tools provision  is methodology for formation  quality characteristics and  its evaluation’’,standarts  as  "Information technology. Evaluation of Software product . Quality characteristics and instructions on their use " are making  up quality indicators  regulation  of software tools,she  informed.

Then, an employee of the department Konul Aliyeva gave information about other standards existing in this field.
