This table acts as a testing ground for SmartSlab, a new composite material developed by KRAM/WEISSHAAR. SmartSlab integrates heating, cooling and sensor technology directly into oversized ceramic panels.

The SmartSlab TABLE features key SmartSlab functions such as through-panel touch control, heating, cooling and inductive cooking in a single composite slab that acts simultaneously as a circuit board, structure and surface.
