It is also available to anyone who wants to call a person with a hearing or speech impairment. The NRS is available to everyone at no additional charge. It  is committed to protecting the privacy of the content of all calls and the identity of callers. The delay, according to the organization, is not more than a couple of seconds, and the translation rate reaches 150-180 words per minute, as in normal speech.
