Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving “The Rules of information security provisioning of communication networks in the implementation of the operation and investigation measures”

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to strengthen information security provisioning of communication networks in the implementation of the operation and investigation measures I hereby resolve as follows: 

1. To approve “The Rules of information security provisioning of communication networks in the implementation of the operation and investigation measures”.
