The analysis of received data shows that some government agencies are operating without the use of modern technological innovations, and do not improve the public service rules, and do not provide transparency.

In this regard, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed a decree on some measures in the field of increasing transparency in delivering public services and digitalization of licensing and registration procedures for the residence.
