Ayaz Shakir Mehdiyev was born in 1988.

In 2009, he graduated from the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.

In 2010 he started to work as a programmer at the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS.

At present, he is a chief specialist at the institute.

He is an author of 1 scientific work.
