Dinara Rashid Zeynalova was born in 1982.

In 2004 she graduated from the faculty of Philology of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, in 2009-2011 she got a master degree on “Azerbaijan Literature”.

In 2008 she began to work as a journalist at the Institute of Information Technology.

She has been working as a head of General department since 2012.
