An action plan of Department No 6 of the Institute of Information Technology for 2015 was discussed. The head of the department PhD Bikas Aghayev presented the plan and said that during the year the department's staff will be involved in the study of information technology challenges, scientific and socio-economic problems of audio and electronic waste. To this end, methods and algorithms will be developed for  the processing of speech transactions basing on G2G, G2B, G2C models in e-government, as well as efficient algorithms will be developed for audio services enabled for users, audio service resources of distributed hierarchical prompt dispatch systems will be analyzed and synthesized,  the synthesis of multimedia services over distributed audio information networks will be studied, as well as e-waste management issues in developing countries will be examined and monitored.

According to Mr.B.Aghayev, within the scientific and innovative activities of the department, the staff will be involved in the development of new grant projects and competitions.

7 scientific and technical conferences will be attended, scientific results will be published in the prestigious national and international journals, he noted.

At the end, the action plan was decided to be submitted to the assembly of the Scientific Board.
