The Institute of Information Technology of ANAS held the following scientific seminar.

Director of the institute, academician Rasim Alguliyev opened the event and informed about the issues on the agenda. The seminar was dedicated to the discussion of the thesis on the "Development of computer model of the system of rational use of water resources of rivers".

He was followed by the PhD student Almaz Aliyeva. She presented her thesis, its relevance and objective, and identified issues to achieve this goal.

The objective of the thesis is to develop a computer model of efficient use of water resources taking into account the main factors that affect the water balance, she said.
