Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, a member of the Board of Young Scientists and Specialists, PhD in engineering Fargana Abdullayeva is the winner of the "Basic Grant Program - 2013" contest founded by the Science Development Fund under the President of AR on the "development of the methods for the dynamic management of identification federation in cloud technologies" project.

The goal of the project is to develop methods that are able to rapidly calculate the value of confidence decision to carry out the flexible and dynamic federation in clouds.
