Closing ceremony of the 1^st Republic Scientific-Practical Conference on the "E-government Building problems" was held at the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS. The chairmen of the conference sections sessions made speeches, and noted the importance of the event.

Director of the Institute of Information Technology, academician secretary of ANAS, academician Rasim Alguliyev highly appreciated submitted session reports. E-government intellectualization concept, e-citizen issues, state secrets protection in e-government, the management of e-government projects development, regulation of citizen – government relations in e-government, e-social policy issues in e-government, application of vikinomics in e -government concept management, information warfare models in e-government, cloud computing in e-government building, and other researches gave valuable results, he mentioned. The conference would contribute to the solution of practical problems of electronic government, academician emphasized.
