On December 4, the opening ceremony of the Center for E-library and the Research Center of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS was held. The opening ceremony was attended by the president of ANAS, academician Akif Alizadeh, the minister of communications and high technologies, academician Ali Abbasov, the minister of education Mikayil Jabbarov, Vice-Presidents of ANAS, academician Ibrahim Guliyev and academician Isa Habibbayli, Director of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, academician Rasim Alguliyev, and Executive Director of the Science Development Fund under the President of AR Elchin Babayev, and Mass Media representatives.
