The book by the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev "Leader adapting Azerbaijan's development to the challenges of the 21st century" has been published.

The issues outlined in the book are the result of observations by academician Ramiz Mehdiyev over the 16 years he has served as head of President Ilham Aliyev's administration.

Here are also the comments of Robert Goffi and Haret Jones, authors of the article "The Way to Become a Leader", published in one of the world's leading publications, the Harvard Business Review (September 2000). They write: “Intuition is an indispensable quality of a political leader. They instinctively receive signals from the environment and can predict what will happen, however, no one was able to explain the details of these incidents. He understands the meanings of the smallest blunders and watches for minor changes in mood in a society that is out of sight of people with low vision. All outstanding personalities are people with acute intuition. ”

Containing 168 pages the book was published in Azerbaijani and Russian languages by "Science" publishing house.
