Xiaomi has developed a portable translator that will soon be available for cheap smartphone prices.

The device is equipped with a 4.1-inch touch screen with full pixels of 357 ppi, hi-tech.mail.ru  reports. The battery is 3000 mAh responsible for autonomy, which provides 5 hours of continuous translation, or 19 hours of standby time.

The translator uses six microphones at once, which supports the reception of sound over a long distance, automatically determining the direction of the speaker. The device recognizes words, translates them and displays them on the screen.

In total, the translator works with 18 languages that are used in 170 regions. In addition, the device is equipped with an 8-megapixel camera - through it you can translate labels. The device also supports the installation of a SIM card and Wi-Fi connection to transfer files to a computer or smartphone.

Xiaomi translator will be available on November 26 for $ 185.
