In the Louvre put up a 3D copy of Mona Lisa sitting on a chair October 28, 2019 | 11:14 / Interesting information

HTC, within the framework of the Mona Lisa: Beyond the Glass project, recreated in virtual reality a 3D model of Mona Lisa, sitting on a chair next to the picture, in full size.

The project was placed in one of the Louvre halls and opened on October 24, together with the largest exhibition of works by Leonardo da Vinci in history.

In the hall there is a stand with 11 Vive Cosmos VR glasses. Wearing them, visitors can see a full-size model of Mona Lisa sitting on a chair next to the original painting.

Previously, engineers from Taiwan National University created a VR helmet that works with the skin of the face to simulate physical impact.
