Besides full-time education, Distance Learning Services are available at the Training Innovation Center of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS for a long time. The service is provided over AzScienceNet. The main goal is to deliver the courses to the doctoral and PhD students living in the regions of the country over the Internet. Doctoral and PhD students living in Nakhchivan have been benefiting from this service for 4 years, reported the head of Training Innovation Center Rasmiyya Mahmudova at the assembly of the Scientific Board of the Institute.

Recently, Distance Learning Center of the Institute was established in Ganja Department of ANAS, she stated. This, in its turn, provides doctoral and PhD students from the universities and research institutes in Ganja to train for doctoral exam.

Note that, distance learning courses for doctoral and PhD students of Ganja and its surroundings will be started from October 15.
